Crafty Kids | November Craft Collection

Join Claire from Three & Me in creating 3 delightful mixed media projects this November, focussing on the main elements of fall: sunflowers, gratitude, Thanksgiving and Turkey Time!
 
November Art Projects:
5 Nov: no class- parent-teacher conferences
12 Nov: Fall on a string 
Sunflowers and pumpkins in wood threaded onto a string to be hung on a mantel or over a door
19 Nov: Harvest time gratitude
A wooden picture with a pumpkin, a little blackbird, and a lot of harvest-time thankfulness
26 Nov: Turkey Time
A 3-D sitting turkey out of multiple layers of wood that can be placed on your Thanksgiving table
 
 
In this fun hands-on art experience, kids will:
paint each 3D wood element with careful guidance in acrylic paint techniques including shading and highlighting, paint mixing, and more. 
assembly, which promotes 3D spatial orientation, puzzling, gluing techniques, and fine motor control.

All ages from Pre-k through 5th grade welcome in a fun hands-on art experience with Claire from Three & Me. All kids are welcome, but Camas School District kids can get bussing straight from their elementary school to the art class at ZAC.
